As the Founder and Managing Director, Krishna Rao is a LEED-certified architect with nearly 25 – 30 years of experience in the AEC industry. His portfolio spans large-scale mixed use, healthcare, science and tech, commercial, institutional, residential, retail and transportation projects across the USA, Australia, ME, and India. He holds a B. Arch degree from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore, and an M. Arch from Parsons School of Design, New York.

He holds a B. Arch degree from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore, and an M. Arch from Parsons School of Design, New York. Over the past 15 – 20+ years, Krishna has led enterprise-level BIM implementations and championed integrated project delivery (IPD) strategies for multidisciplinary teams.
Prior to founding studio PARAMETRIC, he served as Director of Digital Design at FXCollaborative Architects in New York, where he oversaw firm-wide BIM workflows, MEP coordination, standards, and research-based innovation — keeping the practice at the forefront of digital design and BIM technology.
