Arncliffe Apartments is a prominent mixed-use development comprising 318 residential units and a dedicated Youth Centre, strategically located on a key gateway site. The project consists of seven residential buildings positioned above a four-level basement structure, all of which are arranged around a central landscaped podium that serves as the vibrant focal point of the development. Residential apartments are distributed across the seven buildings, while the commercial and retail tenancies activate the ground level, extending seamlessly into the generously designed landscaped spaces. SPA is involved in developing the construction documentation drawings.
