AWFIS is a Tech enabled workspace solutions platform that caters to modern workforce. New facility occupies 28,475 Sq Ft of co-working space. SPA was involved in documenting the existing Shell and MEP services using our BIM workflows. Based on the existing BIM model, we also designed interior spaces based on AWFIS’s workspace configuration. The challenge was to integrate BIM at all levels in this project as AWFIS was new to the technology and workflow.

Located in New York, USA, this 323,000 SF interior project was delivered with SPA’s architectural BIM modeling, standardization, and technical documentation support for both design development and construction documentation stages.
