A commercial development located in Nagawara, Bangalore, DNR Uptown spans over 2.1 million square feet. The project comprises two office towers and a separate amenity building that accommodates food & beverage areas, a gym, retail spaces, and kiosks. SPA provided BIM modeling support through the construction documentation stage for MEP disciplines. This included detailed modeling and coordination to ensure seamless integration of building services and enhance construction efficiency.
