BIM Modeling from Existing Conditions

Using client-provided point cloud scans or CAD drawings, we create intelligent BIM models that represent the true state of the building. These models enable reliable design planning, coordination, and facility use. Our outputs support clash detection, quantity takeoff, phasing, and documentation. We deliver to LOD 200, 300, 400, and 500 based on project requirements.

CAD to BIM & Scan to BIM Conversions

We convert legacy 2D CAD drawings and raw scan data into clean, structured BIM environments. All building elements — including walls, slabs, openings, services, and annotations — are modeled accurately for architectural, structural, or MEP needs. The result is a usable, coordinated model that reflects the existing building as-is.

Documentation Support

We prepare coordinated BIM-based documentation sets from modeled geometry — including plans, sections, and 3D views. Our deliverables support retrofit design, permit drawings, scope definition, and FM integration. All documentation is traceable, clash-aware, and aligned with BEP and LOD standards.
